To all Members of the Marian Community:

Please be informed of the following:

1. The CHSF Re-Launching Day for this school year will be on July 22, 2009. It has been moved to this date so as not to disrupt the graduate school classes that meet only on Saturdays.
2. The Academic Deans are requested to give assignments to their faculty members and students for a well-coordinated day clean-up day. CWTS classes shall be assigned to clean the area assignments of their school/college. The MTS classes shall clean outside the peripheral fence of SMU and left side of the Tonus Gymnasium (catch basin).
3. Everyone is requested to bring cleaning materials such as: garbage bags/sacks, stick brooms, bolo, brooms for removing cobwebs, pails and rags, ladders, scrapers, soap, steel brush, shovel, etc. on the said date.
4. The faculty and students may bring their own baon and eat together after cleaning so that work in the afternoon could start and end early.
5. Heads of offices and their staff are likewise advised to use the same day to do general cleaning in their respective offices.
6. Student Central Council Officers and their CYO officers per school are expected to lead the student body in this endeavor.

ATTENDANCE TO THIS INSTITUTIONAL ACTIVITY IS REQUIRED.

Keeping the school clean is everybody's concern. Let's help SMU CLEAN, HEALTHY, SAFE and FRIENDLY at all times.
