The College of Law of Saint Mary's University has once again proven itself in the 2007 Bar Examinations which were held on four Sundays of September, 2007 (Sept. 2, 9, 16 & 23).
Information culled from the Statistical Data issued by the Bar Confidant of the Supreme Court of the Philippines indubitably shows that the SMU College of Law is No. 1 in Region 02 (composed of the provinces of Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya and Quirino) in terms of the percentage of passing.
Isabela City, Basilan, brings care, unity and hope for the Philippines as it is generally peaceful and “FISHFULL” This is the general feeling of all the NSTP/CWTS stakeholders who converged from the different parts of the Philippines in Basilan for one mission: to affirm their commitment to transform students for truth imbibing and promoting values for their development into responsible citizens. For the participants to the 6th STET-VIP NSTP Annual Convention, Kabalikat Awards, and Alumni Homecoming, it is a very memorable place because STET-VIP made its historic event in planting the seed of a new beginning for all the participants representing their respective schools from all over the Philippines to renew their commitment for service. The participants from Saint Mary’s University were Dr. Olivia B. Valle, Vice President for Administration, Mrs. Corazon N. Abriam, Dean of Student Affairs and CWTS Coordinator and Mr. Sherwin A. Marciano, SMU NSTP Secretary.
